These Terms of Purchase govern orders placed through the VELNORAM online store at https://velnoram.com/.
VELNORAM is owned and operated by Shenzhen Yijiu Technology Co., Ltd. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the company operating the store, and “you” and “your” refer to the customer placing an order.
By submitting an order, you acknowledge these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
1. Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, features, prices, and availability as accurately as reasonably possible.
Furniture products may differ in dimensions, construction, finish, weight, and intended use. Please review the specifications and instructions for the particular product before ordering.
Product photographs are intended to illustrate the item. Display settings, lighting, and manufacturing variations may cause minor visual differences that do not materially change the product's stated characteristics.
Nothing in this section excludes remedies for material misdescription or non-conformity under applicable law.
2. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
We may limit quantities, correct an obvious listing error, or withdraw an item from sale where permitted by law. If we cannot fulfill an order that has already been paid for, we will notify you and provide an appropriate refund or other lawful resolution.
An item placed in your cart is not necessarily reserved until the order is accepted.

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as such. If an order is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact our customer support team for review.
Our obligations concerning delivery and loss remain subject to applicable law and the specific terms of the transaction.
